Thank you for your interest in including my books or art in your shop! I am so honored and would love to partner with you.

Here are a few things you'll need to know:

1. At this point, I am only working with retailers within the United States. If you are a retailer outside of the United States, please contact me so I can discuss with you whether it's feasible for me to add you.
2. When you register, you will be required to upload your reseller certificate. I can't process your registration without that certificate.
3. After you complete the registration, it will be sent to me for approval. Once I approve it, you'll be able to log in on my shop page using your new account. While you are logged in, you will see wholesale prices for any shop items where a wholesale discount is available. I have not provided wholesale prices on ebooks, 3oz candles, and some artwork. If you are interested in an item without a current wholesale discount, please contact me to discuss it.
4. Your reseller account will already be set to tax exemption. If you happen to see any sales tax applied at checkout, please notify me immediately so I can take a look and correct it.
5. Wholesale Terms of Sale:
   • Books: 40% off Retail, no MOQ at this time
   • Candles: 50% off Retail, Minimum Order Quantity: 5 per fragrance, Maximum Order Quantity: 30 per fragrance. If you need more than that, please contact me for a custom order and be aware that I'll need a longer lead time.
   • Art: 50% off prints. Prints:  Minimum Order Quantity: 10 per print. Maximum Order Quantity: 50 per print. For any art without a wholesale price, contact me for pricing quote and MOQ
6. Production and Lead Time:
   • Books: Expect on average 3 weeks lead time for printing and shipping. Hardcover books are shipped from the UK and at times may take longer. Paperback books are shipped from within the US.
   • Candles: Usually two weeks for production. Shipping times will depend on your location. I'll notify you when they are shipped.
   • Art: Prints: usually 3-5 business days for production. All art shipped within 3 business days if stock on hand. Otherwise, I will contact you with an estimated completion date.
7. Return Policy:
   • Books: As a print on demand product, my books are not returnable. If you receive damaged or misprinted books, please take immediate photos of the damage or misprint and contact me within 5 business days of receipt so I can work with the printer on replacing those for you.
   • Candles: Returnable within 60 days and in original, resellable condition. You will be responsible for shipping costs. You'll receive a refund minus 20% restocking fee and minus the wholesale price of any candle returned in unsellable condition (including damage in shipping). If your candles arrive damaged or melted from shipping, please take immediate photos of the damage and contact me within 5 business days of receipt for a replacement.
   • Art: Returnable within 60 days and in original, resellable condition. You will be responsible for shipping costs. You'll receive a refund minus 20% restocking fee.
8. Shipping:
   • Books: Hardcover books are shipped from the UK. There are currently no tariffs on books. Paperback books are usually shipped from the US, for a lower shipping cost. If you are buying both hardcovers and paperbacks, and you want the cheaper shipping on the paperbacks, place them in a separate order. If hardcovers and paperbacks are in the same order, they will all ship from the UK.
   • Candles: Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. For warmer locations or during the summer, I will add thermal protection to the packaging, and you may see an added packaging cost for that. This is to help protect the candles from melting. If you are purchasing during an especially intense heat wave, I may contact you to suggest we wait until the weather improves before shipping the candles.
   • Art: Shipping prices are as shown at checkout. Shipped within 3 business days if stocked.
